Dustin is an amazing coder. He is a coding god. His work ethic is impressive and he's able to handle tremendous stress while still putting out a quality product. How many coders do you know who will stay up for 3 days straight with 2 hours of sleep to work on your project? Not many i gather. Dustin is one of them who will do this and his quality doesnt falter either. He's also able to work within your budget if you can't afford his services. All in all, this is by far the best experience ive had with a coder. P.S. He did miss several status reports but that was okay since we were mainly communicating over Skype.

The Good: - worker did some enhancements at no cost - had excellent ideas for new features - very capable - pleasant to deal with on the phone The Bad: - was over a week late with code (some of that was my fault due to enhancements, but not all of it) - poor testing, relying on me to find the bugs - poor communication. I'd reach out on skype, text, voicemail, email and RAC, and wouldn't hear back for 24-48 hrs sometimes. - would recommit to good communication, then do it again. Problems were exacerbated by having worker deal with my programming team instead of having him 100% responsible for implementing himself. Learned a lesson on that one! Will try and become a better manager. Worker has much potential.

Dustin Fineout (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and Dustin Fineout did not do this. All funds in escrow were returned to masmilele (the employer).
