COMMUNITY BRANDING Since Microsoft didn't have the same presence as its competition due to weak market share, I decided to create the branding for the Portuguese community that plays on an Xbox Platform. Due to the Portuguese history and importance in the Age of Discovery (15th century onwards), I decided to use an icon in the shape of a shield to represent our resilience. Also, it was used the same color palette as the Portuguese Natio Online Magazine optimized for Mobile After some market research, the use of smartphones for reading new content is 75% on a smartphone and tablets. So in that sense, the website was optimized for mobile and that various multimedia functions. Also, the magazine that heavy use of images, Gif and videos because I learned that generation Z likes to receive information on images and not heavily on only text. Currently, the magazine offers daily gaming-related news, game reviews, videos, and opinions about the industry. You can check out the website here
