You need to build an online quiz taking website. These quizzes will be posted on real times on the website and registered users can take it on real time.

I am looking to develop an online test calculator for the U.S. Navy JROTC fitness challenge. I am really interested in something very similar to a U.S. Army one found at www.apftcalculator.com, but with different artwork, table data and field titles. When finished, I would like to upload the html output to our weebly website.

Data input fields include: Age, Sex, sit-ups, push-ups, and 1-mile run

Results field would indicate 1 of 5 categories: Fail, Satisfactory, Good, Excellent, and Outstanding

I have attached the scoring spreadsheet and grading criteria for males and females . Thank you for considering this project.

Write some Software to Embed in Websites

Great job by Dalzell99. He established a good understanding of the application which I wanted developed, and delivered very fast work. There was a bit of optimising to do, and he was very responsive in working to get that right with us. I hope that we can get him to do further work with us again.
