Without doubts the worst freelancers I worked with so far! They bid for my project when they obviously couldn't fulfill the very basic tasks such as server setup! They have no clue what SSH is. They do some work and then ask you for feedback. You send them feedback and they "fix it" and ask for your feedback again. This goes over and over again several times. They either pretend to be very dumb, or simple don't speak English. In the end, they even ignore all communication. I never worked with so unreliable people and this experience is my worst on freelacer.com

Congruent did a good job on this website. The project requirements were data and code intensive, but they were very patient and stuck this project out to the very end. If you want your project to be finished exactly to your specifications, Congruent will get the job done.

Stay away from this company. They did not deliver on their promise. Project was not completed at all. They promised completion in 1 month and it took 3 before I pulled out. They blamed me for everything and never took any responsibility. I have spent 100’s of hours on correcting and debugging their back end. They would fix few things and break several more and that went on for a while. Eventually they told me I was difficult customer. I have worked with many Indian developers in the past and this has never happened. It made me think twice about hiring outside of USA. Eventually had to cut ties and go with another developer who completed the job in less then two weeks. Now they are advertising this project as something they have completed on their website. They were provided with design and they could never finish the back end. Freelancer.com did give me all the money back from their end after reviewing my case.
