As a brief background, majority of my working years have been dedicated to the BPO/Call Center Industry. Having experience with a variety of accounts from computer software & hardware, technical support for printers, and banking as well as assuming different roles such as Customer Service Rep., Technical Support Rep., Escalations Officer, Product Specialist and Fraud Analyst give me an edge with knowledge, responsibility and flexibility with taking on tasks and challenges.
Prior to that, I engaged in freelance sales of general merchandise, clothing, car accessories & performance parts, and buy and sell 2nd hand/used cars.
I also have experience working for our business as a Managing Partner for a Water Purification and Refilling Station performing all around roles such as supervision of employees, payroll, marketing and sales, orders, customer concerns & complaints, plotting logistics, delivery schedule and routes, tracking & inventory, purchasing, and quality control.
