I have been working to many privet companies, government organizations and international organizations such as International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies as an Administrative officer (post-tsunami operations). But, now I am at home and take care-ring of my three year old son. I am board staying at home and spending lot more spare time. I still do letters, reports etc. to my friends who work.
I have many experience such as maintenance of systematic and organized records of students, financial details (payments - staff/students), exam results Management of precise schedules for lecturers. To make the overall monthly budgets and statistics.
Taking notes and minutes of meetings as requested. Drafting documents and correspondence related to the Recovery projects. Support the Recovery Coordinator and his team (Construction, Water/Sanitation, Livelihoods, Health, and Disaster Management Coordinator) with gathering/compiling information and preparing various reporting files to the Sri Lanka Delegation and to the Headquarters in Geneva (Weekly Management Notes, Bullet Points etc).
Maintaining finance details related to the 11 branches (Sri Lanka) are allocated to the project. (Finance statements, advances, settlements, cash books, Logistic reports etc.). Writing various reports, achievements and statements for IFRC – Geneva. Organizing Trainings, workshops, consultative meetings and reservations etc. Organizing transport / Logistic for 10 Branches and National Head Quarter OD Project. Coordination with the 11 branches in Construction, Trainings, Youth camps and mainly with volunteer work. Carrying out HR matters and administration matters with OD Assistants and related staff. Drafting documents and correspondence related to the OD Project.
I have enough confidence and experience doing more related what I have done as above.
