He takes so much time to finish, have extend the deadline many time, if you into deadline that project should be finished don't deal with him. About the work is okay.. but part of it need to be redone again.

TCP Web Technology (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and TCP Web Technology did not do this. All funds in escrow were returned to CeZ (the employer).

Would not have been able to complete the code I needed I listed the job on renataworker and he wrote back with changes to test with even before I hired him!!! He was knowledgeable and I also created this job on odesk and although $30 was not a lot of money I will certainly use this worker in the future. Because of this user I will use Rentacoder.com and close my odesk account. By the way although the user profile says nothing about moodle it should they know what they talking about.
