This system was developed to facilitate the management of the printers on the network consumption and allow the conference to printers landlord's collection. Using the SNMP protocol present in most departmental printers, it performs audit in the amount of prints and copies made per hour.
The system has a record of printers, printer and events for sectors up to 4 levels to better organization of printers. For better control of system operation, developed a dashboard that has key system information in a single screen, updated every minute so the operator can easily identify any anomaly.

In the development of focused reports on the audit of production, including graphics when needed for better understanding:

Detailing the evolution of counters or grouped production per day;
Detailing the production of a particular period and printer;
Detailing the production grouped by sector;
Initial counters and end of a given period;
Evolution of the monthly production of the use of printers.
