1. Exposure to Recruitment and Post Recruitment Process. 2. Managing of bulk data and MIS enabling me to add on to my skills of MS Excel. Was actively engaged in general screening, personal interviews, conducting group discussions and finalisation of candidates for technical interviews. Post recruitment deliverables included induction of selected candidates to employee engagement to performance appraisal management. Since, the recruits were predominantly for onsite placements, have also affectively engaged in client management including recording and addressing client's feedback/issues.
