To start of, I have a 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Technological University of the Philippines (TUP).
Initially, I have more than 2 years of experience in handling calls as a Technical Support Representative in a US and Australian Based Company. We handle calls on customers in Australia, who are having some problem connecting with their DSL or Dial-up connections. We also support configuring all types of Modems & Routers and as well as the customers computer. Plus, we also support email client configurations. After that, I had more than 1 year experience in Technical Documentation, Software Development using VB 6/2006, Internet Research and HR/Admin Support. I am assigned to create Technical Documentation, Technical Manuals and as well as User's Manual for existing systems of clients. Also, was assigned to debug and test given system, required for client business requests using mostly Visual Basic 6/2005 as front end and MS SQL 2005 as back end. Testing (UAT) and maintainability is required for each project. As well as on call when problem occurs on the clients system. Next, I've been working as a Link Builder, SEO, Internet Marketer, Online Reputation Management and Virtual Assistant for more than 6 months now. As a Virtual Assistant, I do research as directed by immediate head; make screen recoded videos as a means of reporting, also did evaluation of applicant and create different Macros on MS word. Basically my work depends upon what my immediate head would advise me. While on online Reputation Management, we use only white hat techniques and currently create web, blog and social media sites, article submissions and forum w/ signature posting, blog posting, social bookmarking and directory submission. We assist our client with new proven techniques that will dramatically improve our clients current results in Google, Yahoo, MSN and other Search Engines. In addition to this, I also had 1 month experience on Joomla Administration and more 2 months experience on Wordpress Development this includes building up a website and installing different plug-ins plus Niche Profit Press Pro, setting up autoresponder series using Aweber/Ereply and modifying CSS and HTML. I know this skills and experience I have is a big advantage compared to other applicants.
