Good communication and seem to have a good motivation but not finished in time so not professional enough. Doubt if the freelancer could create what he promised.

201111- fix payment module bug

Wont use again - not very trustworthy. First he let me to believe that this was and easy thing he already knew how to fix, then it was only possible if i downgrade to a 2 year old php version, the it was suddenly possible again if he get access to the server. It might be his first time around freelance, but it is not mine, and i know that this is not proffessionalism.
