In the beginning, using two different systems, I had to do data entry and at times data processing. Being the first employee I got to learn every single detail about the job and after one month I had to train new employees. From 10 people that I trained, 5 are working now.

During my college and university years, I had the chance to have an experience in teaching English. Then when I still hadn't finished my degree, I was recommended to work as a Customer Service (in English and Spanish). There were a lot of times I had to communicate in Italian as well. I took care of the customer's problems during their stay in our apartments and also did debits.
