I am a recent Master's graduate from the University of Warwick, equipped with skills in writing and research. My greatest strengths are in poetry and criticism, and I have an aptitude for trying out new ideas in both. I have written in a variety of media and genres, including creative writing, academic research, popular criticism, social media and blogs. I pride myself on working efficiently under strict deadlines, and I am very open to communication and feedback from both clients and colleagues.
Throughout both of my degrees I have been able to maintain a consistently high standard of work. My previous projects include: two poetry portfolios overseen by the highly regarded Warwick Writing Programme; essays on topics such as feminism and urban modernism; a short screenplay; and a long piece discussing postmodern novels of the twentieth century. I have also recently proofread a thesis for a non-English colleague.
I am interested in literature, cinema, history, art and travel.
