Optimistic and has confidence in his abilities. Whenever I want something done or if he is able to do it, he always says yes Has problems with overpromising and lack of communication during deadlines. Often when I ask if he can finish it by a certain date, he would say yes but when the day of the deadline comes he does not deliver. Also, often he will not notify you during the day of the deadline if he can't make it.
