I have worked in multiple different types of environments from retail to call centers for mobile phone providers. I am proficient in MS programs. I am capable of finding solutions to any problems that I am faced with. My goal is not to know everything but to be able to get the answers that I need. I am constantly working to improve my skills, even after I may have perfected them, there's always more that can be achieved. I believe my greatest accomplishment is parenting. I have great communication and multi-tasking skills. I focus on quality results in everything that I do especially writing and customer satisfaction.
