Ahmed Raafat has promised again and again to deliver the project days after days, weeks after weeks. The project was supposed to be completed 5 days after he accepted the project, but was delayed a week later due to "internet problems", this same reason I often hear from freelancers. I constantly contacted him but he did not respond, and when he finally did, he asks for more time. Afterwhich, he finally sent me a prototype to look at, but the prototype was no different than the one I sent him, he just made some changes to the original codes without changing the external behavior. Not one requirement was fulfilled by him during this entire time. Up till today, he has yet to respond me and has yet to submit a fully completed project. I am taking back my $55 and closing the project and most definitely, giving him a bad review so that no employer will face the same problem as myself.
