Feels like you are working with a fraud

I believe Jordan is not the person his profile picture or his credentials say he is. Initially, things started well. Jordan appeared to be the educated person he was proposing. When I awarded the job and sent my database to him, Jordan then became demanding wanting upfront payment, despite not evern starting the job. I noticed his grammar and written comprehension skills became very poor, with errors and poor language. I instantly seen the warning signs as Jordan then appeared unsure about my job instructions. I then advised Jordan that I would not continue working with him and was cancelling the job. Jordan started to beg and plead and was sorry for his manner admitting he had done the wrong thing and to give him a change which I refused. Jordan then continues with the job despite being told he was not employed. He became harassing and demanding for payment. A dispute was made by myself to Freelancer, in which they investigated successfully in my favour. I would not hire this person.
