Project for DileepPaudel -- 2

Very disappointed the second time. Played nice at first to get a good review on our first project (which was not completed, by the way) then I heard nothing but excuses. 2 of his relatives died, one in a plane crash, according to him prompting him to take week long vacations. And not to mention the earthquake...

Good communication, polite and knowledgeable. I hired him to develop a web app and mobile apps through phonegap. Dileep is smart and is able to quickly understand the requirements and deliver on his promesses. I'm always careful when hiring from the region where Dileep is from, which is unfortunately plagued with scammers, but Dileep is not one of those. Due to his performance, I will be working with Dileep on a long term basis.
