I worked as a customer support agent for multiple companies using Zendesk and CRM softwares. All the provided support was using chat & Email. Customers were from many different countries but majority was from USA, UK, and Australia. Apart from that I am inventory controller in an automotive distributorship. I have excellent data analytical skills. I am expert in excel, Word, Power point. My internet research and general computer skills are also very good. My KPH is 13500 while WPM is 54 with 100% accuracy.
