Began the work in IT sphere as a founder of a small design agency. I was responsible for managing projects and finding new business opportunities. Together with two partners we grew the team from 3 to 12 people and gone through all kinds mistakes of beginners entrepreneurs. I had a pleasure to work with people with established business and also helping other entrepreneurs to build from scratch appropriate UX and UI for their products. Worked with edtech, fitness, marketing, real estate industries. After 5 years at the service design studio work I referred to a more in-depth and sophisticated aspects relevant to building the specific digital product. Worked for 2 years as PO in a small product from printing Industry, managed to increase average basket compare to last year, decrease expenses relevant to SLA terms, cut more than a half marketing expenses without loosing position on the market and improved ratings of the app from 4 to 4.6. Working now in Ecommerce product aimed at shooting stars
