Name of the company is TravelBuddha and the product (mobile app) is called Travel UnC ([login to view URL]). iOS and android mobile apps have been uploaded on the appstore but not yet open to public. We need someone to fix few leftover items before we can launch. Looking for teams only from India. Preferred to be a lump sum project rather than hourly. Before the project is awarded we would a proposal document mentioning money, timeline and potential solutions which will be attempted against each of the 4 issues mentioned below. Payment can only be released if the milestone is achieved, irrespective of hours spent. Looking for YII developer who can work for mobile apps. Also ios and android developers needed. Android app is in Java and iOS is in Swift. Language is native. Backend is in php on YII framework. Database is MySql. The app and almost all its features are very slow. Screens with photos are worse in this matter. 2. Quality of photos uploaded by users get distorted and not seen in good quality to rest of the users on the app 3. App crashes once in every 20 times. Android happens more than iOS. 4. Fetched Facebook data not getting properly updated and integrated in various app features.

Screens with photos are worse in this matter. - I think your product has missed caching / local db feature, I guess. - need to check backend response time - tuning db needed. 2. Quality of photos uploaded by users get distorted and not seen in good quality to rest of the users on the app - it could related with cropping before upload. - or thumbnailing on backend side. 3. App crashes once in every 20 times. Android happens more than iOS. - on android everything is on memory and it could causes outofmemory - there is memory leak for context / bitmap. 4. Fetched Facebook data not getting properly updated and integrated in various app features. - it is related with permission grant when oauth2 login - or skipped by facebook due web scrapping act.
