Make XML Script to use the United Parcel Service (UPS) API to read a spreadsheet and determine time and cost

UPS publishes an XML API that will determine a cost and transit time for two locations. I want to be able to create a table of these origins/destinations and have the XML code read the table and return the cost and transit times. I have provided the API book, an example table, and a piece of code that already runs a similar API. What I would like is: Build an XML file similar to the one I included that will: 1. Read the data file. 2. Determine the TimeInTransit and TransportationCharges 3. Write the results in a table. I have already determined that the following fields are necessary to run the API: origin_CountryCode origin_PostalCode destination_CountryCode destination_PostalCode Weight UnitOfMeasurement_code Service_Code Currency_code And these are the field that need to be returned: TimeInTransit TransportationCharges
