Extract user info from WebEx API into a useable form e.g. csv. less than 2000 users

I have a need to be able to routinely query the list of users on my WebEx site and extract information about the individuals though the WebEx API. 2 API queries can get this information. Query 1 delivers the username info. Query 2 queries a username provided by the previous query, and delivers all the data in xml format I need query 1 to create a list/array and for query 2 to use the list to make many queries to the webex API based on the username. The data returned needs to be combined and output into a searchable list; csv etc. This is a relatively simple job for a programmer. I already have the syntax to make the individual queries for the data I need but I need the two queries combining to allow a list to be exported easily. I have had them running individually myself from powershell and from Postman. I have a sandbox environment to use to be able to test out the queries. After it is working I will use the produced script to run under a scheduler on the live environment. The deliverable here is I need a single script to query the WebEx API as above and produce a file at scheduled intervals. It has to be able to be run on a standard windows PC/Server from my own environment with as little extra software as possible. If it could run as a simple .ps in poweshell, that would be ideal.
