Seeking long term C# developer

We are a UK business - developing an application for hairdressers, beauty, nail & tanning salons over the past 3 yrs. The software is an Electronic Point of sale system with an electronic appointment booking system and client database. The software records financial data regarding customer payments and produces a number of reports on employee performance, customer details and financials. The application is a windows application built using: Visual C# .Net SQL server (MSDE) Crystal Reports XML (config file) We are looking to outsource further development and need an experienced developer/team to continue the work. The current version of the application is live at client sites. We need a developer to become familiar with the existing code and provide on going updates, new functionality, bug fixes and crystal reports. We are looking for personal to hire on long-term basis. Specifically for this bid, we are looking for C# .NET, MSSQL, XML and crystal reports experienced programmer. We will start with three months trial contract and then if things go well we will renew. Initially, this project would involve becoming familiar with the application, and supplying bug fixed for a small number of known issues as well as some crystal reports. To work with us you have to have very good communication skills and a good attitude to work in team.
