x40 upper intermediate reading passages for reading practice.

hello. i am man who teach English grammar in our country. and we need some reading practice for our students after long grammar lesson. we are looking for someone who can write 20-50 reading passages that is similar to TOEFL , IELTS reading section. but not exactly like TOEFL , and IELTS readings, actually it is not TOEFL or IELTS preparation course so reading passages should be little easier than real tests. ( just need upper intermediate reading passages) passages have to be in range of 500 - 700 words also passage subjects can be vary as TOEFL. and real important thing is passage have to include grammars like ( adjective clause --- and its reduction -- , noun clauses , adverbial clauses : i have uploaded a sample passages -- see example from document i highlighted adj clause = as green , Noun clauses as = Yellow , Adv clauses as = Blue ) . what i really want is good reading passages that matches our needs, passage should be in 600-750 words and subject should be various but at first it is better to choose the subject that is familiar to common people. and as i mentioned in detail. reading passage should include more grammars like ( adjective / relative clause and its reduction , noun clause , adverb clauses ) because we teach mostly these grammar in current grammar class. There are 3 criteria for passage. 1) Article must contain grammars highlighted in example. 2) the article must be interesting for readers. After reading articles , students should be happy for read new information and practiced on grammar they have learnt. And last one is please consider this is not TOEFL or IELTS preparation course. It is class before that. So these passages should be very similar like these but should be little easier . Indeed these passages are the bridge to get TOEFL , IELTS preparation class. After practicing on these passages students will take next level class which is actual TOEFL preparation class.
