Ziprecruiter correct custom install on Aviation Job Board

I have an aviation job board called [login to view URL] . It is made from Wordpress using a custom frontend . The job board was made from a plugin called WPJB Wordpress job board and works great . However when Ziprecruiter imports their jobs they go under all states mixed up and into wrong countries . The plugin gives you a small template to fill out the basics but doesn't work with my site . Can someone make it to when Ziprecruiter send jobs they go under correct state and country . They also MUST go under correct trade such as : if I were a pilot looking for pilot jobs I am not looking for aviation mechanic jobs . Right now everything is mixed up .
