Wordpress video needs tweeks

Hi all,
I've got a video on my wordpress site which auto-plays, but I'm facing some issues:
1. When I first visit the site the video does not auto-play, I have to refresh before the video starts playing.
2. Although the chosen video player (mediaelement js) should play videos on mobile devices,
my video does not play on mobile devices.
3. I need the video to auto-play on 2 pages of my site on the rest of the pages the video should be played manually.
None of the current features of my video should be comprimized by the changes you make.
The video player I'm using is mediaelement js
