We're a small, distributed European team (Romania, Serbia, Germany, UK, etc.) doing unusual and challenging websites, mainly WordPress-based, with lots of animations (SVG, JS and CSS) and cool transitions, custom post types and unusual page structures, custom admin consoles, etc. If a site looks like a conventional WordPress site, we probably didn't do it. If most people would look at a site and say "wow - is that even possible with WordPress?! - surely not!" then that's the sort of thing we live for. Right now we have slightly too much work for the team. With three good developers working across several projects we can get quite a lot done... but not as much as our clients are asking us for! Having another really great developer on hand would be great! We're looking for someone highly intelligent, with very strong programming skills and a desire to get even better and learn even more. You'd also need fluent English language skills (native or very good), who is comfortable talking on Skype/Slack, in a European time zone (good team communication is vital!) So recently it would have been great to have someone who had worked a lot with shapefiles for maps, or someone strong in Vue.js, or someone who had worked with ERP systems, or someone who understood the Craft CMS... etc. So let us know - outside the usual PHP/CSS/WordPress - what you have done. * Yeah, maybe we'd like to see a CV and know about your academic qualifications and see a list of your past sites and so on - the usual stuff - but far more important: show us cool stuff, and tell what technologies you can excel with.
