Wordpress installed to my domain add paypal reference transactions

I would like to add Wordpress to my domain. I have content and graphics already built and will be transferred. I need the Paypal reference transactions buttons to be added to the Wordpress site. Functionality of "reference transactions" to allow for two different 12 month subscription levels, accept both Pound Sterling and US funds, and when paid with Pound Sterling have my sales agent in the UK be paid a percentage via "Chained Payment".
Looking for someone experienced in setting up Wordpress and knowledgeable of Paypal's Reference Transactions. Probable need a drop down button with all options or dual buttons for diferent payment types. Would be nice to have button match color scheme of graphics on site but not a deal breaker if not.
