Woocommerce page speed optimization

Hi There, we're working to optimize a Woocommerce website. Only the last minor tweaks are left to get the best rating.
Right now the site is built using Woocommerce and Elementor Pro (with a liscense).Web hosting is Cloudways with a 2gb server. We have optimized most of it and right now the rating in different websites is Good for PC and Mediocre for mobile (see attachments) and [login to view URL]

Our goal is to hire a freelancer to execute these final tweaks to achieve the best rating possible (with server limitations considered).
There are a few tasks that we observe (maybe they are not the full list) that need to be done to take the website to a high rating in both PC and mobile:
1. Remove font load duplication.
2. Merge icons from different libraries to a single one or convert to svg.
3. Merge fonts that may be redundant in appearance (this we would need to agree mutually)
4. CDN-load what is left for propper perfomance.
5. Swap Font-display
6. Fix other loading issues that you may find.
These items are sorted by priority. We dont think that necesarily all of them would have to be executed to achieve the rating (over 90 on mobile) expected.
We would like a quote that includes price and expected time dedication to each issue.
If you think one or more of the tasks aren't prioritary, don't hessitate to tell us.
Our final goal is to have a mobile optimized site that rates well in PageSpeed for google SEO purposes.
