WooCommerce Buy Quantity Limiter

Hello, I'd like a plugin to limit customers quantity for buying product: - Limit quantity to X (customizable number) items per customer - Customer limitation should be based on IP Address and/or Name and/or Email address - Customer limitation should be based on X (customizable number) day(s) (customer can't buy anymore if quantity reached for X day(s)) - Customizable popup shows up to customer if quantity reached and/or trying to buy more than limitation with how long left till customer can buy again or how many quantity is left for the user to buy
