I am looking to develop a long term relationship with a virtual assistant who can assist with a variety of digital tasks to support my freelance clients. I would be looking to hire someone for 5 hours minimum each week. You would get to know my clients and processes and the hours would increase. It is possible that I am about to be gaining 5 new sites per month so I am getting ready to grow quickly. I need excellent English skills please as I may send you client requests and you would need to prepare a response for me. I would communicate with you mainly in a project management system called Monday so you have a clear understanding of your tasks and can mark them 'ready for approval' and so on. Here are the skills I require: -WordPress website building -Understanding of top WP plugins such as Woocommerce, Memberships, Advanced Custom Fields, Yoast, Rank Math -DIVI expert, we build using this popular page builder, you would be predominately building on the front end, we keep it as vanilla as possible with only a minimum of CSS so that the websites can be handed over to clients easily -installation of WordPress in Cpanel -setup of DIVI theme -duplication of website pages -addition of website copy and client supplied images to website pages according to instructions -css skills to tweak menus, responsivity, custom requests -Photoshop skills to edit and optimise images for websites -Shopify experience a plus not a requirement -Understanding of SEO best practices a plus not a requirement If you would love to work with someone with 20 years of website building experience, an interesting client base (filmmakers, online retailers, printers, lawyers, magazines etc) and the desire to grow their business please get in touch and tell me a little about yourself.
