We are currently looking for a virtual assistant having good skills in French and English who will work in assisting us in :
- Writing emails messages from drafts
- Making estimates and invoices
- Writing and formatting reports (Word - PowerPoint)
- Doing web research
- Writing Web content
- Making data entry
- Open and follow tasks for our staff
You will be fully trained on what is expected of you. The most important skills I'm looking for is:
1. The ability to understand and follow instructions.
2. Write and speak a perfect English.
3. To be able to write and format text from ideas and draft to create compelling and professional documents/web pages
4. Have a basic knowledge of HTML, Wordpress, CSS and Photoshop
5. Meet the deadlines
The job would be part time, as needed. I expect around 10 hours a week or less but can shift to a full time job depending of your work quality and of the business but in every case we are looking for a long term relationship. having goods skills in English and French
