Some Wordpress fixes needed.

Have a wordpress site that need the following fixes:
1. I have a button in the header that shows once you have scrolled down. I need it to show as soon as you start scrolling.
2. Am using the plugin "Polylang" for languages on and want it to show the language based on the geolocation of the user if a translation is available. Otherwise it should default to english.
3. Have a drop down of counties that should also show the default country as detected by geolocation and should have a way user can type in a country they are looking for.
4. have a scrolling gallery and when your on the page with your phone if you flicking through it left and right its fine but if you go a little bit at an angle the gallery moves away so would like to lock it some how so it does not move page so easy when scrolling gallery.
5. need to make the gallery images show nicer on desktop as they are too small right now.
6. have another are with 3 images but would like to add upto 10 and be able to scroll through them.
