Populate Products into new WooCommerce Wordpress Website

We have apx 250 products that need to be populated into a new website. Excel spreadsheet with instructions of where to pull the product details provided.
Product description, title & images need to be pulled from the old website and populated onto the new website into the correct categories. Apx 4-10 images per product and apx 4-5 lines of text per product.
Should be a very simple copy and paste project.
Products coming from [url removed, login to view] and being added to [url removed, login to view] Category structure of new site will be different from the original, but instructions will be provided.
