Fix Slider in Internet Explorer - Blue Section

Hi [login to view URL] The main page slider in IE, there is a blue area with text above the slider image. In Chrome, the slider is fine. In IE, the blue bar is all the way over to the left. Please fix this so all browsers show the blue header inside and above the image like it doesin chrome. Attached are the example of the issues.
