Difficultly tracking users interest on my video using Infusionsoft with plusthis addon on my wix site

Get Infusionsoft with plusthis addon to work with my wix site. I have all three services. Plusthis is a script that pulls information from Infusionsoft and displays it on their console for me to track how long someone watches my video on my wix site. The script doesn’t seem to be passing the [login to view URL] and email variables that Infusionsoft is suppose to provide. So plusthis addon is not being triggered and I don’t know who’s viewed my video and for how long
