We'd seek bids on a plugin that works with Dokan Multi Vendor, Woocommerce, and TeraWallet. The plugin should function like a tracker on rebates that we're offering.

Plugin actions: Vendor post rebate offers via Dokan Dashboard & Woocommerce, customer requests the rebate offer, vendor approves then adds rebate money to TeraWallet, customer gets notification of approval and instructions, customer submits url via their "My Account" page, vendor receives notification, vendor approves/unapproves, Vendor Transfers funds to customer's TeraWallet and closes the order/rebate.
