Avada PageSpeed Insights - Improve score

Hello,
I have a wp site that uses Avada and it’s score on PageSpeed Insights is pretty low – especially on mobile.

I have already done most of the things recommended things: Compress images (I use imagify), caching, Autoptimize + CriticalCSS and CDN. The theme is and plugins are up to date.
What I have not done: I am using sliders several pages (need to discuss a solution for this) and I think that they should be replaced with something else or Fusion Slider. Also the features that we’re not using should be disabled and maybe the database should be cleaned.
Any other suggestion is more than appreciated.
I am looking for a time and cost estimation for this task.
