Convert existing website to WordPress (mcd)

The job is to convert an existing website to WordPress. All existing pages and content need to be brought into WordPress, and a custom theme created to match the current site. All navigation from the current site needs to work the same on new site. Basically we want the existing site reproduced in its entirety in WordPress. You will be given FTP access and a fresh WordPress install to work with. The site is here: [login to view URL] The site has 5 main sections: About Us, Our Team, Expertise, Resources, and Contact. Each section has a different color sidebar and sidebar content. The sidebar content for each section needs to be in one widget/menu, so the sidebar can be updated on all section pages at once. We want to add a blog with a basic layout for posts and category pages. Blog pages should have "Category" and "Archives" sections appearing as the left sidebar content. A few tricky things about the site... - every page has a custom watercolor graphic in the top right, so there needs to be a way to choose the correct graphic in the page editor. - the sidebar navigation only shows top level pages unless you are on a sub page, in which case you see the pages above the current sub page. Compare the sidebar on these pages for a good example: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] - the sidebar content for the Our Team section is formatted differently, but still needs to show the current page as "selected" by making the page name bold. - the sidebar content for the Contact pages (Careers, Contact, Sitemap) is custom for each page, so there will probably need to be a custom field to handle that. - the Resources section contains links to a variety of file types (PDF, DOC, XLS, PPT). These files should now be managed in the WP Media Manager. I am attaching an XML sitemap that shows all the pages at the current site.
