WordPress developer or team required for exciting project

We require a web developer or development team to build a full CMS Wordpress website. This project is for DEVELOPMENT ONLY AND NO DESIGN WORK IS REQUIRED. UK based development teams only please, as we ideally would like to meet in person. Absolutely no upfront payments will be dispensed in order to commence the project. The website will be divided into a number of sections. Main page sections • Home: Image rotator, menu panel and store items in a blog style format • Consultancy: Copy, images, and submit form • Information: Copy, images, and submit form • Blog: images, text, detailed posts, multiple image function, share, • Contact: Copy, images, and submit form • All pages will need to have a CMS banner advert upload function. • The website will also require a multiple item calculator to work out the price of multiple items, but the e-commerce functionality will be provided externally by Paypal. (Please also send links examples of payment calculations systems for websites that you have built.) Secondary page sections • Help • Advertising • Licensing • Testimonials, • Press • Privacy policy, • Terms & conditions, • Newsletter signup • Function required to create new pages, submit forms on all pages. Modules • Menu panel: displaying sellable items • Latest updates: Info from blog, store being dynamically updated • Categories: access to sections • Tags: Tag cloud • Search: function to search all website content Additional elements • Facebook integration: blog and update syndication • Twitter integration: blog and update syndication • Email html newsletter templates: Various email templates for information on different subjects • Email software integration: we need to have a content managed way to collect user emails and information (names, email, country, telephone, url, type of service required, message, etc). And to be able to send email newsletters to segmented subscribers with the html bespoke email templates, maybe using external software such as MailChimp or Constant Contact. Again, no upfront payments will be dispensed in order to commence the project. A complete brief with finished designs will be sent to short-listed teams in order to provide more clarity. If interested then please provide an approximate costing estimate based on the above info and state how long you think that it would take to complete a project of this nature.
