Project goals:
1). Fillable items
2). If tables within template carry over to next page, headings repeat at top.
3). I will create numerous documents from this template. If the user chooses not to use all of the information included in a document, I want them to be able to delete it without distorting the document. Likewise, if they choose to add to the tables, I want them to be able to do so.
4). I don’t know which format will be best — pdf or Word template, but I want some kind of protection for my created documents. They will be available on a website. My desire would be that a user completes the form as needed on my website and then save their version to their computer. If possible, I don’t want the template downloaded so it can be shared or edited away from the website.
I will provide you with my attempt at a template which I can’t seem to finalize it to include the above.
