I have a dial/knob from 2010 = [login to view URL]
The dial/knob from 2010 has software that no longer works on windows 10. The software for windows XP used to be able to send keystrokes depending on what program you were actively in.
People make custom software that can talk to this dial/knob.

I need a GUI that lets me pick an action (spin left, spin right, click down) and send keystrokes depending on what window is active in windows (photoshop, chrome, explorer)
I need the gui to simply pick a program, and be able to send 3 different keystrokes (left, right, click)
In photshop, if i spin right, i could send ALT 0, which center the image,
In chrome, if i spin right, i could send ARROW DOWN to scroll down
2010 program Application Picker: [login to view URL]
2010 Screen where you can pick what keystrokes to send for left, right, click down: [login to view URL]
I can provide you a simple GUI app in Python that will allow you to define keystrokes actions for each active windows (Photoshop, Chrome etc) and also a USB listener that will read actions from your USB knob.
