We have a video mp3 conversion site that allow users to upload and convert to their favorite formats, we are looking for a programmer can help us code an Desktop Uploader Application for this website, basic feature included:

* User login and logout function in app.

* Support video and sound file format only

* file size limit based on user profile (Visitor/Free/Paid user)

* Files upload into online converter

* Can upload from online video sharing sites or direct link

* can drag and drop from file explorer, browser address bar, link/url directly from browser.

* File uploading can be paused or resumed.

* Nice application skin

* Windows compatible
