I need write an mobile terminal application (Windows CE platform) for monitoring machines. Operator can perform following operations:

1) Operator scan the barcode and get properties of machine

2) Change from 3 modes:

- Write set A of values and save

- Write set B of values and save

- Statistics - show last 5 written sets of values

3) Both-sides synchronization with server
