This job is to resolve error "452 too many recipients received this hour" that I'm getting in my own SMTP server when I send message to my clients.
I have my own SMTP server that I'm sending bulk messages (not spam) to my clients and for some reason i'm getting the above error and message will not go thru to that provider.
