Fix 3 broken links in WHMCS

I have some problems in WHMCS area. In client area when i click knowledgebase it goes to billing/[login to view URL] instead of /billing/[login to view URL] and it's not working properly. Also when i click announcements it goes to /billing/[login to view URL] instead of /billing/announcements.php. In client area i have the same issue in whmcs admin when i click Client Area. The same it goes in a page that don't display correctly. Some errors apears in whmcs.
