Wix Editor X website designer needed - NOT regular Wix

I'm looking for a Wix web designer with experience using Wix Editor X.
The main reason I am choosing Editor X over regular Wix is because I know first-hand the limitations of cross-device design. Plus, I want to be able to make content adjustments myself in the future (I'm familiar with Wix)
