Website - Redesign

Revamp/Redesign the existing Website ([login to view URL]) Site is full content driven and we would like to modify/improvise the information work flow to give it a neater, cleaner look. All the content will be provided with all links, sub links, pages, headers, sub-headers etc. Static site with about 30 pages with Flash enabled section to display project photos and/or key statements. Main design is only 2 pages (the Home page & the template for other pages) Add more functionality with respect to Career Development: People must have the ability to fill up a form and upload a resume in Word Format (.doc). Database requirement – 1 Database purpose – Only to store the data; No Dynamic data recall on any pages. Will provide an Excel sheet with all the required data fields (marked mandatory or optional). Each form to have an auto-incrementing ID. The programmer to store the word document with the same name as the ID in the database and call it accordingly. From a Hosting point of view, create all static pages; all forms in PHP with the db as MySQL.
