The Canadian Institute of Hydrocarbon Measurement (CIHM) is a non-profit entity that oversees the Canadian School of Hydrocarbon Measurement (CSHM) and the Industry Measurement Group (IMG). We are looking for someone to take over the maintenance of our website ([login to view URL]) and the hosting. "Maintenance" would include small website updates (for example - date changes of the next conference, uploading of meeting minutes, etc) and pulling data (for example - membership lists). The quote should also include hosting. Ensuring monitoring of any issues that arise. The membership to the IMG is 150 people. Our 2 day conference attracts 700 people and 70 Exhibitors. We have created a custom app for the 2 conference (on both Google Play and Apple Store), abstract tool for instructors to submit their abstract and our own "ecommerce store" for purchasing sponsorship, booths and attendee registration (with Bambora). The website is built in WordPress.
